To apply for credit, fill out our Credit Application. In order to establish an open account with our company, the following information must be obtained, in full, before credit may be granted. Feel free to to email the signed copy to credit@matheselectric.com, or fax it to (850) 434-6644 . You may also mail or drop off the credit app at one of our locations.  ​

Request for a Credit Reference.
If you are a business requesting a credit reference for a current customer, please submit your request either by fax to (850)434-6644 or via email to credit@matheselectric.com.   We will respond within 2 business days.
